- Two-person private-room reservations have a minimum course: Botan at lunch, Aoi at dinner. A private room is not included with every meal.

- Official lunch reservations start with Hanakagozen Tsuki on weekdays and Hanakago Honzen on weekends/holidays. Aoi, Kikyo and Tanetsu kaiseki require advance booking; without a reservation, kaiseki last order is 14:00.
