What this area is like
Sakitama Kofun Park in Gyoda has nine large burial mounds you can climb, and Oshi Castle is the floating castle of a famous siege. Gyoda also makes giant rice-paddy art each summer, and Satte’s riverbank has cherry blossoms over canola flowers in spring.
